No, not today. 52Cards.app installs to your home screen like an app and plays ten classic card games across phone, tablet and desktop — but it needs a connection to run. If you specifically want cards on a plane, this is not yet the one, and we would rather say so than let you find out at thirty thousand feet.
Installed is not the same as offline
The two get confused constantly, and they are separate things. Installing puts an icon on your home screen and gives the app its own window — 52Cards does that. Working offline means the app carries enough of itself to run with the network off, and that is a different piece of engineering.
