Short version

PWA Directory does not track you. We use Plausible (cookieless analytics) to count page views. We use Cloudflare to serve the site, which sets a strictly-necessary security cookie. That's it — no ad networks, no social trackers, no retargeting, no data sold or shared.

What's actually set

Cloudflare (strictly necessary)

Our CDN sets __cf_bm (30 min, anti-bot protection) and occasionally cf_clearance (1 year, for visitors who resolved a challenge). These exist to keep the site up and reachable. Strictly necessary under CNIL guidance; no consent required.

Plausible (no cookie)

We use Plausible Analytics to measure page views, referrers, and country (anonymised IP). Plausible does not set any cookie, does not fingerprint visitors, and stores only aggregated data. Exempt from consent requirements per CNIL guidance. Hosted by Plausible Insights OÜ in Estonia (EU).

Not used

• No Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel, no TikTok
• No advertising cookies, ever
• No third-party fingerprinting
• No local storage of personally identifiable data

If you submit or advertise

Our submit and advertise flows use mailto: links — no form, no server-side storage, no new cookie. If you later send payment, that's handled by Stripe on their own domain with their own cookie policy.
