Why we recommend flights.pizza
flights.pizza earns a recommendation for its direct approach to finding affordable airfare. It functions as a comprehensive flight search engine, aggregating deals from hundreds of sites to simplify the comparison process. The service transparently states that it does not charge users, instead relying on commissions from airlines and agents, ensuring displayed prices are not inflated. Users can explore popular destinations and routes, or utilize the flexible 'Where do you fancy?' feature to discover prices by day and month without fixed dates. The inclusion of baggage and fare conditions, when available from providers, helps users make informed decisions and avoid unexpected costs.
Best use cases
Best for: Travelers looking for cheap flights and spontaneous getaways. It's ideal for those who want to compare prices across multiple airlines and travel agents efficiently. It's also well-suited for users who prefer to browse flight options by popular destinations or routes, and for those who need flexibility in their search by not specifying exact travel dates.
Honest limitations
flights.pizza is not designed for direct booking, as it acts solely as a search engine; users are redirected to airlines or agents to complete purchases. It does not manage bookings, changes, or cancellations, making it unsuitable for users who prefer an integrated booking and support experience. While prices are live, they can change rapidly, and the final price is determined by the airline or agent at the point of booking, which might not always align perfectly with the initial search results.
